December 16th: Take a class with me tonight Hello there!
Ahh, the end of the year is coming...each day at my house we are in countdown to the winter break, grandparents and godparents and Santa's visits and even New Year's Eve. Having a six-year-old is so different. She can actually read the calendar and it's kinda making me tense. "Mom, we only have eight days to get ready before Grandma and Grandpa get here!" "Mom, we only have two days before Kim and Jo are coming!" "Mom, I only have nine days to finish Nora's present!" Whoa! It makes me miss the days when she used to say things like "When will it be yesterday again?"

Classes and Events
 I have a free Folio Class tonight at Panopolie where you can make a great gift...fill a folio with photos from this last year and you'll make a grandparent or auntie quite happy. Or tuck in your five best cookie recipes and pass it along to a friend with that plate of cookies...this is a quickie class, no glue, just tape and cut and tie! P.S. Our staff party was last Saturday night at the Globe and it was fab. The food was so good...we loved the pomegranite margaritas and the gift exchange was fun, too. At the after party I learned to drink PBR out of a wine glass! See pics of us misbehaving here.
