There’s a fine line, or so the song goes. Create a pair of rings and fill them with your favorite love potion or poison. We used glitter. These bottles have a nice flat base and would also easily hold a sea-shell and a bit of sand for a fingertop vacation. Hint: If you wish to keep your potions sealed forever in their tiny bottle place a dab of glue around the edge of the cork.
1. Remove the cork from one of the bottles. Loosely wrap the wire around the neck of the bottle, leaving a 1 ½” tail at each end. Thread the heart charm onto the wire. Using your chain nose pliers loosely twist the wire tails around the charm base.
2. Fill the bottle half-full of glitter. If you wish to permanently seal the bottle put a small dab of glue on the side of the cork. Place the cork in the bottle.
3. Set the bottle upside down so that it rests on the cork. If the cork top is not even you may need to balance the bottle against something as shown. Place a small drop of glue in the center of the bottle base. Place the ring base on the glue. Twist the ring base counterclockwise one revolution to make sure the glue is evenly distributed. Allow to dry in a secure place for 24 hours.
4. Repeat to make the poison ring.
